I must confess that at first I had doubts about the use of hypnosis to lose weight, but thanks to listening to this audiobook I have achieved incredible results for my health. The author explains very well how to use hypnotherapy to detoxify the mind from the strong emotions that drive the mind to eat wildly and without control. An audiobook worth buying!
