Bloody brilliant
I’ve yet to meet anyone whose got self discipline nailed. If you’re a bit stop start with anything Gemma really does deliver this book in a way that you just know she’s stepped into your shoes and not just talked the talk but walks the walk juggling motherhood, running her own business, and tidying up the house whilst sprinting to the school gates to beat the bell.
