Very interesting book on Japanese culture however I could probably have skipped the first 40 hours (or just read the cliff notes) and picked up from the last 10 hours which held my attention well.

I thought this book had great examples of company cultures and good insights into why particular dynamics of those cultures were effective, as well as techniques to create the same effect within your own company/team.

Jim does a great job researching and explaining what he and his team found in their analysis of what makes a company go from good to great. It’s a classic and it’s findings will be relevant for a long time. Great read!

This book is a great “power of positive thinking” type book. It’s writing is dated but still relevant and inspiring. I will listen to several more times. If you like motivational, self help type books, this is a classic.

Probably needs to be shorter than the original, but he skims over some areas that would be good to get a bit more discussion. I think it’s still a good book, just a bit too high level.

Good summary of ideas about finding off market deals. Narration could have been better but it was good enough.

Author does a great job explaining the components of a habit and methods to influence or change that habit. He has good examples in the book to keep you engaged and understand the concepts. I really enjoyed it.

Best fiction book I've read in a while... Characters were great... Dialogue was good and storyline was great! The narrator was really good also... I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it as much had I read it myself. The narrator really brought some personality to the characters...
