Interesting book but very long
Reviewed: 08-30-22
Very interesting book on Japanese culture however I could probably have skipped the first 40 hours (or just read the cliff notes) and picked up from the last 10 hours which held my attention well.

Great book on company culture
Reviewed: 01-08-20
I thought this book had great examples of company cultures and good insights into why particular dynamics of those cultures were effective, as well as techniques to create the same effect within your own company/team.

This book is a great “power of positive thinking” type book. It’s writing is dated but still relevant and inspiring. I will listen to several more times. If you like motivational, self help type books, this is a classic.

A bit too summarized
Reviewed: 04-23-18
Probably needs to be shorter than the original, but he skims over some areas that would be good to get a bit more discussion. I think it’s still a good book, just a bit too high level.

Best fiction book I've read in a while... Characters were great... Dialogue was good and storyline was great! The narrator was really good also... I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it as much had I read it myself. The narrator really brought some personality to the characters...
