I loved this book so much! I will admit that I have not read Shadow and none. However, Six of Crows is my favorite book series EVER! I was kinda weary about this book, due to me not reading or wanting to read Shadow and none. Yet, I loved this book! It had so much magic, chemistry, plot trusts, and sassy dialogue. Everything I’ve come to love about Bardugo’s writing. I’m so excited for the next book! I read this one so fast!

I know a lot of people who rave about this book, but I don’t see it. I liked how strong all the girls were, and the meaning behind that. I also though the revenge plot was good. The plot overall was good. The thing that ruined it for me, was the characters. All of them I didn’t connect with at all. The main characters, were biting. Honestly, I really remember much from this. The ending especially confused me. A waist of a good book credit.

I am just very torn about this book. On one hand, the story stayed with me. A sign it was good and I connected to it. The ending was really sad and amazing! I won’t look at Ursula the same again. On the other hand, it was slow, cliched, and simple. The last part redeemed this book in my eyes. I get all the hate, but it was actually good!

I loved everything about this book! It was intense, funny, sweet, and interesting. I liked the way she chose to show witches, it was interesting. The two main characters were so complex and brilliantly written together. It reminded me of the first book in Throne of Glass series. It had that same action and sarcasm! THAT ENDING! I need the second book RIGHT NOW!

Very Disappointing

Sigh, what happened? The first book blew me away! It was one of my fav books of last year. But this one, heck no! It was boring, confusing, and just not good. I only liked the gaming and technical side if this story,l. Honestly, I was happy I finished the book. Which, makes me sad. The ending was okay, but still not worth it. I kinda want to pretend the first book was the only one. Even if it would have not answered the questions. Not worth a book credit.

I cant believe this is the same author and characters. The plot was boring, except for the murders. All, and I mean all the characters got on my nerves! I was just waiting for the end. Which the ending was FANTASTIC! But it wasn’t enough to pull the rest of the book. I’m still very excited and hopeful for the next book.

In fact, I don’t even remember most of this book. The main character was really annoying and whinny. The narrator made that fact even worse. The world was confusing and it could have been so much cooler! I was so excited about this plot, but it wasn’t good. I’m not even sure if I will pick up the next book.

It was so scary, horrifying, intense, and kick butt! This serious has just got better with each book. I will miss reading the next book each year. My only complaint, was that I wanted the epilogue to jump further, so I could see more of them in their future lives! Fantastic end! One that will stick with me for a long time!

I was expecting so much more from this book! The first book was AMAZING!! However, I had issues with the plot and characters. I get characters are supposed to grow, but they were all so annoying! Especially Esta and Hart! The story was all over the place and didn’t make much sense. Only the ending had potential. However, I don’t even really know how it ended. It was confusing and I was bored. However, I do want to figure out how Jack goes down! So l, I will read the next book. Yet, I won’t be using 1 of my precious credits for it.

A Shockingly Great Book!

This book came out of nowhere for me. It was a instinct but, and I’m so glad it paid off! It was everything I wanted it to be. It was sad, gory, creepy, and mysterious. I thought Elizabeth was a very complex and real character. She was unlikeable at some points, but that was the point. However, it was very slow during most of the book. It also had a lot of mysterious which were really simple to guess ahead of the time. Lastly, the ending was.. I don’t know. It wasn’t my favorite. Despite all of this, I really enjoyed the time I spent on this book!
