I loved this book. It is very similar to Francine River's Redeeming Love, which I loved as well. I would recommend this book to others and I will listen to it again and watch the movie again in the future.

I listened to this book for the romance side, but the whole book was interesting and I loved the side affect sounds. I noticed they had Hayden Christianson and Ewan Mcgregor's voice, but no Natalie Portman. It would of been more interesting with her voice. Although, great book.

Story
The prequel to the New York Times best-selling Maze Runner series. Before WICKED was formed, before the Glade was built, before Thomas entered the Maze, sun flares hit the Earth, and mankind fell to disease. Mark and Trina were there when it happened, and they survived. But surviving the sun flares was easy compared to what came next. Now a disease of rage and lunacy races across the eastern United States, and there's something suspicious about its origin. Worse yet, it's mutating, and all evidence suggests that it will bring humanity to its knees.

The book was interesting, but the narrator sounded like he had time constraints to hold up to. The book would of sounded better if he took his time and most of the characters sounded the same.

I was wondering how the book was going to go on after Gabby's love affair ended with the Pastor, but it did and this girl went through torcher as a child and as an adult. This is a great a book and I would recommend it. It is similar to Danielle Steel's book Malice. And there was nothing wrong with the grammar, because I was listening to it and the repetition at times is needed to have an understanding of what happened in past chapters.
