I’m excited to get started.
Super easy listen!👍🏽 Tiny bit 🤏🏽 too much sharing about who is Implementing this concept. (Unnecessary borderline boastful). Instead I would have liked to hear more about how to get the most out of the process. Needs a tiny bit more depth in regard to execution. Nevertheless it’s a great challenge 🤗and I can certainly see how this process will inspire folks and change lives. Overall this concept truly will make a difference in my own focus. Fun and Easy as 1-2-3.

Story
As the 19th-century philosopher Henry David Thoreau wrote, "It isn't enough to be busy. So are the ants. The question is: What are we busy about?" If we want to take back control of our workday schedules and priorities, the simplest way to do it is by way of relentlessly wondering how we're spending our time. However, what questions ought we ask? The key here is control of attention. We're so distracted, and we're feeding that feeling on every occasion we switch between responsibilities. We need to (re)educate our attention.

This Audible version is not good. I am so disappointed I have the book and wanted to follow along. NOT SO! It was short, and left out so much of the book… I wasted my credit. Besides that the horrible irritating sound of the bot’s voice was as if someone was scratching their nails across a chalkboard. Certainly it would have been worth it to have a real person narrating (the full book) what could have otherwise been a good listening experience. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 the book was excellent this was a mess. I held out to the end, but I want my darn credit back.

I enjoyed this book. It was full of great reminders as well as a few new ideas. If you need a little boost in motivation or just looking for ideas to stimulate your thinking. You’ll live this!! The author’s You-Got-This attitude may be just what you need if perhaps you’re feeling a bit stuck.

Story
In the United States, teenagers can focus on one task for only sixty-five seconds at a time, and office workers average only three minutes. Like so many of us, Johann Hari was finding that constantly switching from device to device and tab to tab was a diminishing and depressing way to live. He tried all sorts of self-help solutions—even abandoning his phone for three months—but nothing seemed to work. So Hari went on an epic journey across the world to interview the leading experts on human attention—and he discovered that everything we think we know about this crisis is wrong.

Outstanding Read: “EXPOSED”

The storyline was excellent! Johann brought to light some serious issues of concern. This book having the research interwoven throughout was a real eye-opener. If you’re feeling distracted, overwhelmed and mentally stressed, this one is for you. Only exception the “F-Bombs” were totally unnecessary and a bit out of place for such a well written piece. Seemed to almost cause unwanted interruptions in the flow of information.
