Story
Imani Jones believed a man was meant to be nurtured into his true self. She often made the common mistake many women made of taking some dirt, adding blood, sweat and tears to turn it to clay, molding it, fashioning it, polishing it up and putting it in the window for display. Then, they went out and found a more refined piece of pottery to match the beauty she had bestowed in them. It was a Catch-22 and she had come to the conclusion that she was meant to be alone… A woman of affairs. Affairs that left a new scent lingering on her skin each night. Until Vincent Garvey entered the picture...

No ending?

I don’t care if a book ends with a happy or sad ending but it should have an ending. The storyline is just a series of events.

I’ve listened 3 times and it never gets old. Always riveting, pulls you right into Tiernan’s world of despair and brings hope.

The story was beyond good. Definitely did not see that end coming. The virtual voice narration sucked. If you speed up the playback speed it’s just barely tolerable. Luckily story was too good to stop!

Story
In fifth grade my teacher set us up with pen pals from a different school. Thinking I was a girl, with a name like Misha, the other teacher paired me up with her student Ryen. My teacher, believing Ryen was a boy like me, agreed. It didn't take long for us to figure out the mistake. And in no time at all, we were arguing about everything. The best take-out pizza. Android vs. iPhone. Whether or not Eminem is the greatest rapper ever. For the next seven years, it was us. She's the only one who keeps me on track, talks me down, and accepts everything I am.
