This is a fascinating book to read if you want to understand more about psychic empath talents. It provided an excellent guidance for dealing with stress and bad energy. It also included advice on how to improve a sensitive person's intuition, clairvoyance, and telepathy, as well as techniques to assist expand your mind. If you're an empath, this was quite beneficial.

If you are interested in learning how to Work with the Moon, then I recommend this book. This book is easy to read and makes things simply for most that might at first be interested and still intimidated.
