This book is so much more than weight loss.

"This book is so much more than weight loss. I'm three weeks in and having unbelievable improvements with my autoimmune issues as well as losing weight, inches, increase in energy and stamina. I'm not always able to follow the meal plan strictly but it's taught me to listen to my body and respond to what it needs."

This really does work.

"This really does work. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose when I bought this book and have been working out regularly 4-5 times a week already for at least a year but was not able to see results from my previous trainers workout and meal plans and was getting frustrated."

Well explained!

This book is amazing. It's well explained and fun to listen. Most importantly is that his ideas really work. You have to retrain your brain for lasting success in anything and this book shows you how. It's fun, simple, and empowering. I just dove right in and I lost a pound on my first day with my new mini habits. I want to do this for the rest of my life. Everyone should listen this book.
