It started as a joke. After a string of bad boyfriends, I made up a fake boyfriend so people would quit asking when I was going to meet a grumpy lumberjack trying to save his mama’s inn in my adopted hometown. When my grandma demanded proof from afar, I sent her a picture of me and my “boyfriend.” Spoiler alert: He wasn’t really my boyfriend. He was actually a reclusive former boy band member who swings through town sometimes and is friends with my friends. As much as a reclusive former boy bander can be friends with anyone, that is.

Always love Pippa stories. Carly is pure perfection with the witty banter. You can easily see that she loves to perform each character. I love to visualize like a movie. The story comes alive.

I love listening to Carrie Ann Ryan stories. She has an incredible way of bringing the characters alive from the first page until the end. I love to watch the journey of friendship between the couple. I watch like a movie and they had great chemistry. I heard the names mentioned in another book so was nice to see more about them. Love that they are all interconnected so you can learn more about other characters along the way. Aiden and Isabelle are amazingly talented.

I enjoyed this new series from Carrie Ann. Jason and Emma are two of my favorite narrators. They always bring the story to the top tier with their amazing performances. I am looking forward to learning more about the siblings in this blended family.

I always enjoy reading and/or listening to stories by RaeAnne. The characters come alive and I see the movie play out from the beginning until the end. I love when we see more of each of the side characters. Family is always a focus of the main story. Birdie and Paolo were my favorite couple. I loved to see the journey of Amanda and Rafe.
Nice way to spend my day listening to Vanessa. I prefer to listen to the stories as I can spend the day doing something else while enjoying the story.

I touched her confectionary creation, and she told me off. Slapping my hands and cursing in her own unique fashion. No one talked to me that way. I liked it. I liked her cake even more. So, I took her to Italy to bake for me. I should have asked her first, but I had a feeling she'd say no. But I brought her cat, so that should count for something.

This was on my TBR for a little while. Happy I listened to this one today. They are a trio of perfection! Love the sweet banter and a nice twist on the story. Maxine and John are two of my top favorite narrators. They bring the story and characters to life from the first page. They connect to their characters!

I love everything that Pippa writes. She chooses the perfect narrators to bring them to life. Love that audiobook fans can buy the complete set. Love seeing all of the side characters doing cameos along the way. I visualize like a movie and they have wonderful banter and pranks.

I enjoyed sitting. back and listening to Tim and Virginia perform as Duncan and Addie. I always look forward to listening to a story in the Cooper Valley Thruster series. Current on all of her books. Addie as the batting coach was perfect. Cameos by some of my favorite characters was a wonderful surprise.

I have been a fan of RaeAnne from almost the beginning of her writing career. I love how she brings the story to life. We all go along the journey of friendships with the side characters. Love how she describes everything as I am a visual reader-listener. I had a few credits so purchased and began to listen yesterday. The story flows beautifully and you can see that she loves writing. I feel like I have known these characters forever and hope to see more of their lives in a future story. Vanessa does an impressive performance of everyone.
