Thank you Mathew Perry. Without a doubt many people will benefit from you sharing your story. You did not hold back with describing every raw experience and the pain and emptiness that led you to drink. Many people will relate to the pull that alcoholism can have when the disease is inherited as well and how quickly it can strike and destroy a person. Mathew, you followed Gods voice and allowed yourself to be used as HIS vessel and instrument to help the many countless victims of this dreaded disease of alcoholism and drug dependence. You can now rest in peace in Gods loving arms. The world will forever be at your debt and will thank you for the many years to come!

Story
All Jackie Goldschneider ever wanted was to be thin. As a child, she’d stand in front of the mirror, sucking in her stomach and arching her back to feel her ribs, praying to see a model-like figure looking back. As an obese teen, lonely and tormented by her weight, her doctor encouraged her to start dieting, ultimately leading to a prolonged battle with anorexia that nearly took her life. After decades of hiding her eating disorder from friends, family, and the world, Jackie is ready to expose the realities of her devastating struggle.

There may be no tidy solutions or pithy answers to life’s big challenges, but Michelle Obama believes that we can all locate and lean on a set of tools to help us better navigate change and remain steady within flux. In The Light We Carry, she opens a frank and honest dialogue with listeners, considering the questions many of us wrestle with: How do we build enduring and honest relationships?
