Enjoyed this book. Wished it were longer. The personal stories behind the historical events he covered were appreciated. The ending, poignant and on target regarding journalism, our country and democracy. You summed it up really well, Dan!

I loved this book and Tara's narration from beginning to end. it was just what I needed right now as I nurture the seedling of a big idea that is scary and exciting. The insights were light bulb moments and permission for self-compassion. The suggested exercises to bring the information forward in a way to allow me to create the changes and impacts I seek or spot on and small enough to feel doable. The Conclusion reinspired me about my own vision, as it perfectly aligned with Tara's and strengthened my confidence that my vision is not just mine, is necessary and inevitable, and that we went in are up to the task of transforming the old, dominantly masculine systems that are dividing us instead of uniting us.

So what I needed to hear to help me get out of my loop of being busy but not productive. well it's in a second time to take notes on important points and actions and then begin to implement cutting out the non-essential and focusing on what really matters.

I didn't realize how much the fear of hearing a no (or perceiving a no) was ruling and ruining my business! So many light bulb moments in this book for me. I have a new attitude, strategy, and commitment to go for no's more than yeses in my prospecting.

Enjoyed the story format of the teaching. Would have preferred one voice through out, though.
