Absolutely loved this audio book. I constantly felt like her words could have easily been spoken by me, or someone I know. I'm positive that this powerful book will have something that anyone, especially women, can relate to. She poured out her soul! Very well done.

Great story, well developed characters
Reviewed: 07-28-15
This author does a great job putting you directly in the mind and emotions of the characters, especially the main one. I enjoyed this trilogy, mainly for that reason. I normally enjoy Shari Peele, however, for this particular story, I would have more appreciated someone just a little more expressive, in order to bring Jacqueline to life more. Maybe Bahni Turpin or Patricia Floyd. Great job, overall, though!

Story
Paige Michaels seems to have the perfect family. But she's beginning to feel like her man is just using her - and he might have another woman. Maybe it's time to finally let go. If Paige hadn't played house back in college and gotten pregnant, she could have done better for herself. But that's the past - what's she gonna do now?

Can't say it was exactly a 'page turner' but a decent story. I'm generally a fan of this author, but the narrator wasn't that great.
