Story
On holiday on the Cornish Riviera, Hercule Poirot is alarmed to hear pretty Nick Buckley describe her recent "accidental brushes with death". First, on a treacherous Cornish hillside, the brakes on her car failed. Then, on a coastal path, a falling boulder missed her by inches. Later, an oil painting fell and almost crushed her in bed. So when Poirot finds a bullet hole in Nick's sun hat, he decides that this girl needs his help. Can he find the would-be killer before he hits his target?

I love this narration and the story is engrossing. The plot twists are excellent and I love that the story is adult but not profane.

Story
The story that made Agatha Christie famous ends with one of her most dramatic twists. The villagers of King’s Abbot are shocked when a wealthy local widow commits suicide and the very next day her fiancé, Roger Ackroyd, is stabbed to death. Dr. James Sheppard, the local physician, discovers the body of his friend and narrates the ensuing hunt for the killer. All the guests and staff at Ackroyd's country house seem to have solid alibis - except for his missing stepson.

Reviewed: 01-06-23
I love this series. There’s a short yoga flow for any mood and I love them first thing in the morning. They are quick and effective. Probably not best for someone who has never done yoga but if you’ve been to a few classes the audio is specific enough for you to follow. I just wish there were more like this in the Audible catalog
