Story
For time out of mind, bloodthirsty demons have stalked the night, culling the human race to scattered remnants dependent on half-forgotten magics to protect them. Then two heroes arose - men as close as brothers, yet divided by bitter betrayal. Arlen Bales became known as the Warded Man, tattooed head to toe with powerful magic symbols that enable him to fight demons in hand-to-hand combat-and emerge victorious.

masterful story telling

All of the characters have developed so well. I am going to miss this world, and if that's not a good indicator of well this was put together from the ingenious writing or the emotion so powerfully compelled by the narrator. I will probably listen to this series again. write more lol.

Story
After a tragic accident at work, all Grady Miller wanted was an escape. He finds it months later with two of his closest friends. Together, the three of them travel south to Prism Lake for the upcoming holiday, where they plan on spending the sunny weekend drinking, grilling, and relaxing. But when a series of monstrous blizzards cover the Eastern United States in feet of snow, knocking out communications and making the roads impossible to drive on, they realize their weekend of fun could turn into a lifetime of survival.

Story
The Wandering Inn has a princess who solves problems rather than creates them, and her name is Lyonette. Yet what happens when the innkeeper returns to manage her inn? Lyonette must learn to be a good employee rather than manage everything herself, and sharing power is never easy.... Nor is it ever simple in war, but that is where Geneva Scala remains. In bloodier and increasingly brutal battlefields, The Last Light of Baleros is now growing in fame, but there is no future there.

so good, I really enjoyed this one. the narrator is a goddess who's voice is as rich as red wine, the fact that I can mentally assign characters to each voice without any distinguishing dialog is impressive, especially considering the massive amount of characters Grandmaster Pirateaba has introduced thus far. I'm addicted to this universe. thanks
