This book gave me goose bumps. Coming from a farming family background (now resolved) the book was really good. Would strongly recommend. Better then a thriller.

Alessande Salisbrooke has been warned about the legend of the old Hildegard Tomb - how human sacrifices are being carried out by the followers of a shape-shifting magician. As a Keeper, Alessande understands the risks of investigating, but she can't shake the nagging feeling that the killings are tied to a friend's recent murder, and she can't turn her back. With the help of Mark Valiente, a dangerously sexy vampire cop, Alessande narrowly escapes becoming a sacrifice herself. But the bodies continue piling up, completely drained of blood.

Would you listen to The Emerald Atlas again? Why?
The narrator Jim Dale is excellent. Has been my favorite since he did the Harry Potter series. Would listen to this book twenty times.
What does Jim Dale bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He is the best narrator ever in my opinion.

Story
This final play from the pen of Oscar Wilde is a stylish send-up of Victorian courtship and manners, complete with assumed names, mistaken lovers, and a lost handbag. Jack and Algernon are best friends, both wooing ladies who think their names are Ernest, "that name which inspires absolute confidence." Wilde's effervescent wit, scathing social satire, and high farce make this one of the most cherished plays in the English language.

Would you listen to Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter again? Why?
No, the book was alright for a single listen but it is not entertaining enough for me to listen to again. I love vampires and I just could not decide throughout this book if I wanted to laugh or cringe. The historical aspect of the book was interesting though.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Come grab your ax for the bloody show.

Where does Jewel of Atlantis rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This was my least favorite book of the whole series. I had a hard time getting through it. To much sex talk and not enough story. Thank goodness I was not reading it or else I would have put it down and never finished it.
What about Savannah Richards’s performance did you like?
Ms. Richard's is excellent. She is entertaining and really brings this series to life.
