I'm sure you've seen your share of players in all levels of play. But no matter what level or style, a few basic strategies can help almost any player win points. I've been playing tennis for 50 years, and some of these strategies I have heard of for the first time. I'm a singles and doubles player, and in singles for example, playing against a pusher or counter attacker are my least favorite opponents. I'm looking forward to implementing these strategies and more. Thanks for the great advice!

In this audiobook, you'll get everything you need to transform yourself to become more muscular with five daily workouts, and proper nutrition. I recommend getting the Kindle or Paperback version of this book as well because it would be beneficial to have the recipes handy. If you're looking to become firmer and more muscular in 30 days, this book will accomplish just that!

The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that this book definitely could use some print back up. The information is essential and valuable, however, recipes in spoken form are so much more difficult than in written form. You'll get a suggested calendar for what muscle groups to work out and when, but you'll also get how to eat for muscle building which is significantly different than how most people should normally eat. I highly recommend this book, with the exception, that you'll need to be taking a lot of notes to get it's full value.

These concepts are not taught in school. As a business owner, I have had difficulty balancing the stressors of work and personal life. This book has given me tremendous insight into creating a more positive and realistic perspective on life.
The chapters 'Overthinking' and 'Mindfulness' have helped me realize how my current state of thinking has been non-productive or even destructive at times. The concepts in this book are something we all need to embrace to reduce stress, declutter our minds, and generally live a happier life.

And the Guide to Self Mastery is just that... a guide. A step-by-step guide..a how-to. Not just a book of concepts but a do-it-yourself, step-by-step GUIDE of improving yourself and your life.

He created an unbelievable system to mastery self and to live an abundant life, full of happiness, health, and prosperity. Tammy Gallagher, shares how to implement that system into your life to ensure a happy, healthy, joyous life in ways that will blow your mind!

If you need to learn how to meditate and become the best possible version of yourself, attract opportunities you never thought possible, and design the circumstances you want around you, you must read this book!

When you get burned out, you're useless. You're just going through the motions. I have an all-female staff and particularly liked the section at the end helping with identifying signs of your staff burnout issues. This book is an essential tool to prevent burnout, or more importantly, get you out of that mode.

Me, I'm a bit of a perfectionist, yet getting bogged down in these details also is a trigger for burnout. Lots of good info in this book that will help me run my business more efficiently.
