A must read for women!
What a relevant book! In today's day and age it is hard to find someone who is not or has not experienced burnout. The author did a fantastic job in identifying burnout causes, outlining the burnout cycle and providing a step-by-step guide to winning the battle with it. I love her take on creating a long-term balanced lifestyle which is really key to overcoming burnout.
The narration was also very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

As I was listening, I was happy to hear that the book provides actual sold step by step guidance to understand what is causing burnout and how to get yourself out of that kind of cycle. Burnout is Just Another Form of Stress
When you get burned out on anything, you begin to do it without the luster and excitement that you had in the beginning, and this is not fun for you or those counting on you. You need a tool to break your burnout cycle and this book is that tool. Getting out of my comfort zone was one of the strategies I aligned with. It makes things more interesting and enjoyable when you're doing something not so mundane. I also enjoyed the bonus information since I have some employees as it helps you identify signs of burnout in your staff and how to combat it. Bravo!

Burnout is Real! So you (yes YOU!) need this book!
Whether or not you are struggling with burnout, if you are a woman, you should buy this book today! As the author so wisely points out, women are under incredible pressure and the statistics of how many of us will face burnout at some point in our lives is alarming. Even if you are one of the few who never do, you most certainly have close friends who are getting close to burnout or already there, and listening to this book will prepare you to support them better, and avoid burnout in the future. I wish I had this book a few years ago when I hit burnout.

Great audible to break the cycle
My wife uses this account to listen to audibles and has been going through the same burnout cycle for the best part of 3 years now. She works as a lawyer and her job is very demanding but she has felt the last few years have been to much. She loved the easy-to-follow step work, which was clear, logical and most importantly actionable. The audible was well narrated. The standout chapters, that everyone should know about, were understanding her own triggers and step 2 was a decisive shift in her own thinking - the legal system won't collapse if she takes her foot off the gas a tiny bit! Great audible and highly recommended by my wife who was a very stressed out lawyer before listening to this audible!

Amazingly Written!
Burnout is something we have all dealt with at some point in time. As someone who has suffered from burnout, I’m all to familiar with the horrible ways it can effect health and mood. This is a great audiobook for helping you get through burnout, as well as teaching you how to prevent burnout before it happens. Overall, I would strongly recommend this book for those who often find theirselves overworked.

I wish I had listened to this book sooner
I wish I had listened to this book sooner. As burnout was defined and explained, I identified with several parts. I'm looking forward to implementing some of these strategies. I liked how she helps you think about how success in your career can be more than your job title or salary. And it was also good to be reminded that self-care doesn't need to mean buying more beauty gadgets or products. I liked how this presents both short term and long term strategies and helps you to analyze whether your current state of burnout means you are ready to resign or if it means you need to set clearer professional boundaries and find a better balance with work and other areas of life. The examples of how you might set those boundaries with coworkers or an overbearing boss and feel better in your current position were realistic and useful. If you even think you might be reaching burnout, this is a good resource to have and use before you reach chronic burnout.

Incredible Resource!
I loved listening to this book because the author really does well breaking down how we experience burnouts, and how we can overcome the burden of it. I really enjoyed the sections about what the burnout cycle is and where we are in the cycle. This is fantastic to know because that is the only way we can break the cycle.

Break that burnout loop
Such professionally compiled books, experience, and tipps are always first-hand information to help others jump the hurdle more easily. I got this book for my wife actually, as she is in a point in her live were she needs help and at the verge of burnout Otherwise she may lose her job and the whole situation affects the family.
I came across this book and wanted to give it a try. She loves to listen to audios and this was a plus.
The author really took her time and invested in some research to put together such a book,
My wife was able to reset her life and is like a new person. She is full of positive energy which flows into the rest of us. She even stands her ground and set boundaries at work. I am joyious that I got this book
The narration of the book was good and pleasing to the ear. The content, as discussed above, was adequate I also Liked the fact that the accompanying PDF was made available. She sometimes like to read while listening.

Excellent. Valuable information
This audio is perfect for me. I work from 12 hours to 16 hours a day. Sometimes I don't know how to stop, which leads me to exhaustion. Knowing how to recognize the signs of burnout is a problem. I have realized that I need to stop being a perfectionist and have a balance in my life, and many things they recommended in this audio. I recommend this audio to anyone who, like me, is experiencing the same thing of burning out.
