Story
As the only hedgewitch in Blackthorn, Massachusetts―an uncommonly magical place―Aziza El-Amin has bargained with wood nymphs, rescued palm-sized fairies from house cats, banished flesh-eating shadows from the local park. But when a dark entity awakens in the forest outside of town, eroding the invisible boundary between the human world and fairyland, run-of-the-mill fae mischief turns into outright aggression, and the danger―to herself and others―becomes too great for her to handle alone.

I really liked the storyline and the characters. My struggle was the narrator for Tristan. He was over dramatic and made the story hard to listen to. I am looking forward to the next book in the series but will likely buy it on my kindle to read.

Story
Hayley Phillips came to Memphis hoping for a new start, for herself and her unborn child. What she found was a home, said to be haunted but surrounded by beauty and friends - including Roz's son Harper. But to Hayley's chagrin, she has begun to dream about Harper - as much more than a friend. If Hayley gives in to her desire, she's afraid the foundation she's built with Harper will come tumbling down. Especially since she's begun to suspect that her feelings are no longer completely her own.

Love Nora Roberts and her stories. This one follows the same pattern as all her other series I've read and listened to 3 men 3 women and they all are connected somehow. Still a great read though.

Story
Every year the people of the Protectorate leave a baby as an offering to the witch who lives in the forest. They hope this sacrifice will keep her from terrorizing their town. But the witch in the forest, Xan, is kind and gentle. She shares her home with a wise Swamp Monster named Glerk and a Perfectly Tiny Dragon, Fyrian. Xan rescues the abandoned children and delivers them to welcoming families on the other side of the forest, nourishing the babies with starlight on the journey.

Foreverywhere tells the tale of a young unicorn (perhaps the last on Earth?!) and his quest, along with a Giant named Rick, a spider named Betsy and the guitar-shredding Princess Rainbow, to form the best band in the fantastical world of Anyville. But first, they’ll have to contend with the increasingly strange weather that seems to follow Princess Rainbow everywhere, and a rival band determined to bring them down. Will this group of misfits be able to rise above?

My 9 year old and I listened to this on a road trip and it was very entertaining. We were on the edge of our seats sometimes wondering what was coming next. She really enjoyed it and it kept her engaged. I would recommend it for sure.

Story
I met Jamie Fraser when I was 19 years old. He was tall, redheaded, and, at our first meeting at least, a virgin. I fell in love hard, fast, and completely. He knew how to ride a horse, wield a sword, and stitch a wound. He was, in fact, the perfect man. That he was fictional hardly entered into it.

I didn't know if I was going to like this book, but after 10 minutes of listening ai was swept away. I found my self yelling at my radio in the car to a Character so real that she needed to open her eyes! Her man was right there! Lol. The narrator was great and really helped suck me into the story.
