I love this book! It has so many wonderful ideas. I actually bought the paper version of it so I could highlight it up and implement even more of them. The audiobook is nice, though, for a quick overview of all the ideas.

Story
In 1987 Ken Ham wrote what would become a prophetic warning to the Church about the destructive effects of compromise with evolutionary ideas, and how this compromise undermines Scriptural authority and erodes Christian confidence in the infallibility of God's Word. Today we have Christians not only confused when it comes to Genesis and age of the earth, but even the reality of Hell, Adam as a real person, and Christ's own words about creation, marriage and more are being debated in the pulpits across the world.

Clear-cut response to millions of years
Reviewed: 06-18-25
Fantastic resource!! Establishes the accuracy of the Genesis account, debunks dozens of evolutionary claims, and creates an excellent framework for defending the science of creation intelligently and factually without resorting to the emotional type of responses used by atheists clinging to a religion of evolution who claim that creation isn't science and those who believe that it is are ignorant "flat-earthers." Great book! Plan to buy the paper version and mark it up!

This is, hands down, the most important parenting book I have ever read. It is also the most helpful in achieving the goals for our family. It's not a quick read with a few simple fixes, It's a whole system of government for solidifying your family that changes your lives and hearts and gives you the family you always dreamed of.

Great book, but AI voice was a bit troublesome
Reviewed: 10-19-24
The book itself was fantastic! I really enjoyed the content. Most of the AI voice was okay, but it really struggled towards the end when it read from the Sermon on the Mount and said the number of every individual verse (very distracting) and then Rules for a Godly Life, when it didn't know how to say the names of the books of the Bible due to the abbreviation used in the text (what came out was pretty confusing). Thoroughly enjoyed the main book portion, though!

Even after she worked her way out of nearly $30,000 of consumer debt, her old habits took hold again. When she realized that nothing she was doing or buying was making her happy - only keeping her from meeting her goals - she decided to set herself a challenge: she would not shop for an entire year. Action-packed book! Two or three plot lines running at all times. One of them had me guessing until the very end. The others were really intricately put together and filled with suspense. Not my favorite narrator, but definitely an improvement over the one from the first book of the series. Love Dani Pettrey!!

GREAT story! (Performance could have been better)
Reviewed: 08-04-24
The story was absolutely fantastic! The reader, however, left something to be desired. To be honest, her performance improved as the story progressed, but at the beginning, all of the women and even many of the men sounded kind of pitiful and weak. It did get better about a fourth of the way through, so stick with it. Both the suspense and the romance were superb! Another great book by Dani Pettrey!!
