Aside from the stat sheets that only hard-core D&D players love, Dakota's storytelling always keep you guessing with interesting plot twists and descriptions. The narrator is one of my favorites! Especially in this story with the flamboyant noble, appearing just for a few minutes. Hoping he shows up in more stories.
I don't even care if I play, I want to sit in on his RPG IRL! How fun would that be! The humor the excitement the creativity must be off the charts. Where could I sign up? 🥰

The Ritualist’s improvements to their defenses are paying dividends; and he’s hailed as a genius for ending threats before they come into striking distance of the burgeoning City. Staying true to the characters 100%. Although not used to having a female narrator, it worked. I would love to know how to talk like this in real life. The vocabulary is one of my favorite things about this sci-fi Western . I truly hope there are more of these in the future.

In this fascinating apocalyptic thriller, best-selling Christian inspirational authors LaHaye and Jenkins pool their considerable talents to answer that question. Narrator Richard Ferrone's unusually deep and hypnotic voice will keep you right in the middle of this not-unimaginable end of the world nightmare.

Logically flawed

If her mother was supposedly that smart, why is this character so stupid? Author, I hope you take all the reviews listed here to heart to make your next story more believable even if a fantasy.
most of us know that knowledge is power and there was no credible reason to avoid granting that with such serious side effects as a result. Also if a girl has magic as much as she can to heal herself she, she should find if she can make herself clean? If the character is supposed to be that cool, she should have a curiosity to expand and try things no one ever taught her like that. Little too silly & logically flawed. Young adult minds deserve better

Story
Dolli had a very hands-off approach to ruling her once booming village. She preferred to use her alchemical skills to brew a nice cup of tea and keep whiny petitioners off her lawn with Wendigo repellant. But she pays the price for her apathy when her neglected village transforms into a Dungeon, making it fair game for any Hero with a lust for loot.
