Another Great Book in the Series
Reviewed: 10-19-18
This is another great book in the series with an excellent performance by Tom Bowers. I enjoy each books individual ghost and the continuing saga of the interesting characters. The tie ins with the Berkley Street series keeps that great series alive. The only disappointment was when the book ended :-)

Story
Brian Roy is a ghost hunter extraordinaire. His latest adventure involves headless Japanese soldiers wreaking havoc in a New Hampshire church. The stats are grisly. Two boys blinded. Another boy shot. Cops killed. The bodies keep piling up and the ghosts' thirst for vengeance is as insatiable as their thirst for saké! The phantom soldiers cut a swath of murder through the congregation until all that's left of Brian's local allies are Jim Bogue and his grandfather, Luke Allen, who is a blind marine vet.

I really enjoyed listening to this book. The story and characters were excellent. I like Ron's ghost stories because they are the "Yes, I can imagine myself as a person in the story" type of book. Andre Tell does an excellent job of narration. You can't go wrong the Moving In series.

This series is shaping up to be really good. Ron Ripley writes a believable story that keeps your interest. The story as seen through the different characters flows together so that you aren't trying to keep track of what, in other books, seems like different stories rather than one story seen from different viewpoints. Thom Bowers brings the story to life with an excellent performance.
