This book really is a self-awareness book. I thought it really hit home on a lot of things I do or feel every day. I HIGHLY recommend this book. I will be re-reading this book again and again, to help me practice the tool's she gave me. 2 Thumbs WAY up!

Never meditated before so I'm learning, but halfway thru this book it gets loud, I can't stay focused. I've had to turn the volume down so it doesn't startle me. Otherwise, I like it. I am trying this for the 21 days. I'm really hoping meditating works for me.

Half the book was very helpful. The ending, well, it kinda felt drawn out. maybe in the book there's pictures but listening to the ending of this book was a struggle for me. I honestly skipped the most of it.
