First time is a charm.
This book is intended to be listened to over twenty one days to achieve results, after my first listen I woke up feeling energized and really positive. I was definitely sceptical of the potential validity of this however, I've experienced some initial success. I will continue the entire twenty one days and reevaluate but, so far so good.

So good
I love Joel Thielke. His voice is soothing and empowering. I love listening to his works both while I sleep and awake as guided meditations. This one in particular has become a daily ritual for me. It's an even more important part of my daily routine than my morning cup of coffee ;)

So relaxing
I really enjoy this guided meditation and spiritual cleanse. The speakers voice is very calming. I was in a deeply relaxed state. When I finished, I was calm the rest of the evening. I use this meditation frequently when I feel stressed. It’s great.

Powerful and Transformative!
I’ve been listening to this meditation and to Thiekle’s Rewire Your Brain 5 in 1. I particularly love the Health and Immune chapter. They are all so wonderful! I feel myself changing, becoming kinder to myself and making better choices for my health and healing. I’m so grateful for this.

Amazing

So far so good..
Never meditated before so I'm learning, but halfway thru this book it gets loud, I can't stay focused. I've had to turn the volume down so it doesn't startle me. Otherwise, I like it. I am trying this for the 21 days. I'm really hoping meditating works for me.
