This is the perfect guide in assisting you with your weight loss, it contains different techniques on how to change your mindset on losing weight. Here’s a few tips that really catch my eye, changing negative eating habits, will most definitely help in losing weight, one of the things, not only will I use in my weight loss journey, but in my everyday life, positive affirmations, here’s one of mine I would like to share, “I WILL LOSE WEIGHT” overall like I said before if your having issues with loading weight, this book “Extreme Rapid Weight Loss Hypothesis for Women” is a recommendation.

This book “Self-Care For Black Women”, was an amazingly and helpful book for me, I was and still I’m struggling with self confidence issues, once I got a hold of it and just listened to the first few chapters I knew this book would be help, being a black women who’s having much trouble with the way I perceive myself, Self-Care For Black Women is the first and a major step in the empowerment of this black women, I will most definitely recommend this book to all my girlfriends, it’s a must read or listen. BLACK WOMEN EMPOWERMENT!!!!

A book that can actually help, before listening to this audio book, my anxiety and panic attacks were at 100, but this book gave me tips and techniques that will help me balance my anxiety and fear of a panic attack.

The one thing that was new that I learned, was about the hypnosis, I was very skeptical about even trying the section with hypnosis, but once I gave in and opened my mind to the hypnosis, it put my anxiety at ease, these techniques are good for everyday, start, middle and end your day with the book.

All I can say about this book, Guided Meditation and Hypnosis to End Anxiety, Panic and Fear, is great listening, narrator also is a plus.

Listening to this audio book “Women with ADHD, was very informative, a very good listen, if you are diagnosed with ADHD, it helps with the management of ADHD, good tips on how to balance your behaviors, so your ADHD is manageable, so you can live your life or a great starting point if you think you may be suffering from ADHD.

Overall this book, is a great listen, narration is done well, for those who really need the help, this is a great tool, to help maintain your ADHD, especially in women.

Before I listened to this audio book, “Stop Overthinking” I was a chronic over-thinker, really dwell so much on the problem, it hit my anxiety hard, to the point where I couldn’t solve the problem or didn’t know how to solve it.

Not saying I’m free from overthinking, it a process and a long journey, but the book “Stop Overthinking” is a great place to start your journey. The tips Ms. Linda Hall provides are very helpful in my journey to stop overthinking. I suggest if you’re having the same issue with overthinking as I do, this here is a great book to help you along your journey.
