Amazing for weight loss.

The Hypnosis book for Women helped me shed some pounds. It’s not a miracle, you still have to put in the work, but it definitely will curb your appetite. Great narrator as well.

Book seems to help for weight loss.

I have a really easy time falling asleep since I started listening, I've been losing 1 to 1.5 pounds a week. Nothing has changed other than the fact that I no longer have a sweet binge impulse. I no longer crave snacks and feel less hungry. I feel more confident about my weight. Weight loss currently totaling about 1-2 lbs a week.

Strongly Recommend

This guide is very helpful and resourceful on weight loss. Among the hypnosis to loss weight that I have gone through on my journey to loss weight, this is the best. As it contains detailed steps and simplified instructions on weight loss, I can highly recommend it to anyone battling excess weight or looking forward to learning more on weight loss.
For me It's exactly what I have been looking for.
Narrator's grammatical pronunciations is a plus.

It works!

I’ve been listening to Extreme Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis and it helps with emotional eating. I don’t crave sweets anymore and I’m eating healthy again. The narrator’s voice is soothing.

Great for Women Seeking Extreme Rapid Weight Loss!

Rapid weight loss is a topic that virtually all women (at some point in their lives) can relate to. However, rather than promote unhealthy "crash" diets, the book delivers gentle positive affirmations (nicely narrated by Ms. Sorensen) designed to help women unlearn unhealthy behaviors and develop better habits around diet and fitness. “Root causes” of weight gain are addressed, including “Emotional Eating” and fighting lack of motivation to exercise (the latter, in particular, is something that all women struggle with)! Self-hypnosis has repeatedly been shown to be effective for weight loss; this is a very interesting take on the subject, A great guide to achieving enhanced self-empowerment in the quest for rapid weight loss. Highly recommended!

So helpful

Extreme Weight Loss Hyponsis For Women by Meditation and Hypnosis Refuge is a very helpful audio book.
Weight loss is a big deal for many women. Many times it can lead to low self esteem. There are so many options for weight loss. Some work and some do not. It can be a real struggle. That is what makes this audiobook so great. It’s not difficult to do and it doesn’t take hours like exercising does.
I really like the chapter about positive thinking and visualization. It really does relate to weight loss. It’s amazing to think that hypnosis can help with weight loss but after listening to this audiobook. I really believe it can.

This is a very helpful book

This book is a very good help book, to keep in mind for if you are trying to lose weight, and gives very good suggestions in what to say to yourself if you are needing to lose weight. I feel that this gives people like me still a chance to lose weight, and keep it off for good. It makes you not give up hope.
