Anxiety? Stop Overthinking ,Let's Journal!
I am an overthinker and I have anxiety so I love that this book is like a guide for Journaling it out because it really does help with negative thoughts. To Stop Overthinking and anxiety driven thoughts is difficult to begin with on my own but this book is a good start at noticing when, how and why overthinking starts in the first place. Linda Hill pin points key processes in this book that helped me to recognize and begin alleviating the pattern of over thinking. Journaling is a big help with anxiety, its something i already personally enjoy to calm anxious overthinking which this book walks you through when and how to use a journal to navigate away from harmful negative thought patterns. Hill also gets down to the nitty gritty with scientific info about the brain, and being super honest with oneself no matter what. Really great narration from Vicky David made it easy to follow along and was well paced. Definitely read this book of you overthink, have negative thought patterns, want to stop overthinking, just want helpful Journaling suggestions or are close to an overthinker.

Amazing
This audiobook is helpful . I can't say much about it but I can say it has transformed me from being an overthinker. It will take time to learn how to stop overthinking and it will be helpful for those who are over thinkers or have relatives who are. I have now dumped bad habits that leads me to negative thinking and the book has a great prescription. I am now all set .

Overthinker here
I used to think overthinking was a cool thing only for the intelligent smart heads until I started developing major anxiety symptoms. I got worked up if something I had worried about over and over failed or even succeeded. This audiobook about overthinking is a heads up I must say, I have realized that I actually need therapy and a few other people I know .So helpful.
You will find this helpful if you overestimate things, have underlying negative thoughts when executing duties or engaging a new date, have feelings of anxiety or just difficulty in relaxing.
Skilled and impressive narration too.

Quick Fixes for Overthinkers
I really enjoyed Linda Hill's "Stop Overthinking" with narration by Vicky David. The book had a great outline which kept me engaged throughout. I especially enjoyed Chapter 6: Life-Changing Practices to Stop Overthinking. As someone who definitely has issues with overthinking, and chronic anxiety, these practices will make a huge difference for me. I would certainly recommend this book to others who have tendencies to overthink, anxiety, or other similar issues. It's something which can affect your life in a negative way, but this book makes it a bit easier to cope.

In this audible book I learned how to remove the negative things out and replace my mind with positive words over my life.

Next tip I have to stop using negativity reasons on why I can't complete any goals
The truth that you feed yourself is the truth you will believe in so you have to speak real hope with a positive way of thinking.
Be grateful find simple things to be thankful for that is real and sincere not sarcastic but be 100% with yourself.

The what ifs can lead to the death of your mental
I am the definition of an overthinker. I just overthink and overanalyze almost every little decision that I make in life. The most powerful chapters in this book that were truly helpful for me to identify what thought patterns cause me to act this way were chapter 2,4-6. This book helped me realize what triggers me into developing this OCD type thinking and behavior. It also helped me come up with various techniques to eliminate negative thoughts from my psyche and become more of a positive happier person. I was definitely falling into the category of people that allow their minds to bring up old trauma and fantasize about the “what if” scenario. I also loved learning about how to conduct a “brain dump” procedure in order to, stop feeling anxious in life.

Great Book
Before I listened to this audio book, “Stop Overthinking” I was a chronic over-thinker, really dwell so much on the problem, it hit my anxiety hard, to the point where I couldn’t solve the problem or didn’t know how to solve it.
Not saying I’m free from overthinking, it a process and a long journey, but the book “Stop Overthinking” is a great place to start your journey. The tips Ms. Linda Hall provides are very helpful in my journey to stop overthinking. I suggest if you’re having the same issue with overthinking as I do, this here is a great book to help you along your journey.

In the introduction,we get to know that overthinking is;a silent crippler that sneak into our brains and noticeably feels like its forever.the introduction part simplifies to us what overthinking is in the most easy understand way,,,we still get to know that overthinking is to think too much about something that is more harmful than helpful. The introduction section ushers us in more in the book by telling us that overthinking mojorly represent itself in two ways; first one is worrying about the past and the second is thinking or worrying about the future.the introduction part tells us how overthinking becomes a habit in our minds and how overthinking ends up developing side effects like anxiety, obsession and eating disorder to us and how they affect us.
chapter 1; Overthinking is the root of it all.in this chapter,we get to understand that the source of more problems in our life are brought up by overthinking.this chapter tells us to distinguish ourselves whether we are overthinking or not,this chapter continues to tell us how overthinking affects overthinkers.one of this results is overthinking develops a negative life circle to most of overthinking people because of stress development,being that alot of things never seem right,you become stress up and major your life in negativity and this affects us.This chapters still enable us to understand what are the results of overthinking,,and this are some of them,the book states them clearly that this are the outcome of overthinking;self doubt, anxiety,worrying and depression.the book also tells us some of the signs of being Overthinking, you think multiple times,being a painful ruminant and this has become a habit of overthinkers and mostly you find them blaming themselves and regret.The book state why they are in that condition,this is because they don't think proactively on how they can overcome problems and find solution unlike to non overthinkers.

chapter 4;The quickest way to stop overthinking.In this chapter we will get to know how we can quickly stop overthinking.there are different ways of stoping yourself from overthinking,just as discussed in the chapter,,one,you need to involve yourself in actual tacticts that you can immediately start practicing in short time to begin the journey another thing is the long term condition like how we can build our mental awareness and implement it effectively and how we can also build our self awareness.this chapter actually needs us to develop good habits so that we can overcome overthinking.this chapter also talks about something known as. cognitive replacement as also one of the ways to quickly stop overthinking, cognitive replacement is actually replacing how your mind thinks or behaves, another way to stop overthinking is through self awareness that is discussed in the previous chapter, another way is high insight,the ability of kowing your mistake and being able to solve them,being aware and accepting every emotion yo have will begin to stop thus subconscious emotion battle and explotion circle that you have mostly repeated.

My longtime friend and colleague at work has been acting kind of weird lately. Most of his team mates have been putting him off by constantly telling him that he's overthinking nowadays, something that led me to look around for more information. This book has elaborated well in a simpler language, the meaning and root causes of ''Overthinking". The Narration goes deeper into the definition, showcasing how to avoid overthinking, how to deal with this condition, and how to come out of it incase one finds themselves caught up. The idea of having this book in audio form has also helped a lot since I was able to re-listen to it as I took a walk or did something else. I'm glad I have an idea on how to be of assistance to my friend and self, just incase.
