I am enjoying this series, but
Reviewed: 04-18-25
The reader on this book is not the right fit. His style is so different from the first two books read by a different individual, but not inly that, he makes Titus Ray sound like a hick. His inflections are off and it often siunds like he's reading a children's story rather than a spy thriller. His attempts at changing voices for other characters in the story is also done poorly, IMO. I'm really struggling paying attention because it's so bad, but I want to get to the end to see where ot leads to the next book in the series.
The story lines are well written and it is an enjoyable series. No issues with the author or her writing style.
I even checked the following titles in the series too be sure this reader wasn't doing any more of them.
Thank you for writing clean and with Christian characters. More engaging, IMO.

Story
The end times have seen a great amount of interest within the last two decades. The Iraq and Afghanistan wars, the Arab Spring, ISIS, and the Iranian stand-off have focused us on the future of the Middle East - the center of the Bible's prophecies about the last days. Yet there hasn't been a comprehensive overview of biblical prophecy and eschatology for more than five decades. Mark Hitchcock's book is that comprehensive resource for the 21st-century listener. The End will provide a solid biblical foundation for Christians to explore the essential truths.

Enjoyed the set aling with the previous sets. I especially appreciate no foul language. Only thing in the last book was the vat-fighting between the two females. It was too excessive for the characters, IMO.

Pastor and bestselling author Greg Laurie was one of those fortunate few blessed with an insider’s view of Billy Graham’s world for more than two decades. With the same painstaking research and eye for detail that distinguishes his previous biographies, Steve McQueen: Salvation of an American Icon and Johnny Cash: The Redemption of an American Icon, Laurie now turns to the life of his beloved mentor, offering the intimate perspective of a disciple and friend.

A successful LA artist, Roman Velasco appears to have everything he could possibly want - money, women, fame. Only Grace Moore, his reluctant, newly hired personal assistant, knows how little he truly has. The demons of Roman's past seem to echo through the halls of his empty mansion and out across his breathtaking Topanga Canyon view. But Grace doesn't know how her boss secretly wrestles with those demons: by tagging buildings as the Bird, a notorious but unidentified graffiti artist - an alter ego that could destroy his career and land him in prison.

This author was referred to me by a good friend who had read some of hers already in her book club. I chose this one as it sounded good from the synopsis. I enjoyed it for many reasons: One is that I grew up in Fresno, so it was interesting to have that city appear in the story. I thought the characters were very well developed and the writing style was very explanatory and it allowed me to picture everything in my mind, which is the way I like it as a visual person. The one thing about the narrator that gave me a chuckle was the way she pronounced Merced. It is actually pronounced as mer-SAID, not MER-sed. So the first few times she spoke the name, I couldn't picture it until I figured out she was saying Merced incorrectly. lol

The Bible’s last book is God’s final word to mankind—and the breathtaking revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though this letter describes depravity, devils, and destruction, it also provides an incredible portrait of our almighty God, delivering profound insights into who he really is. God’s Grand Finale examines the thirteen characteristics of God that Revelation uniquely and vividly illustrates through its foretelling of earth’s last days.

Lots of insightful information, but...

The book is filled with very relevant, timely information. However, the way it is read is very distracting to be able to retain and follow it because the (I assume) parenthetical reference passages are given during the reading. Had I known this, I would have purchased the Kindle version.
NOTE TO AUTHOR: It would be much easier to follow the flow if the references could be included as a PDF and not read during the Audible version.

I would have given all five stars across the board except the timing of the Rapture is not correct according to the Bible. Other than that, it is a very interesting scenario of events. Especially like that it is clean.

When Jesus spoke about the last days, He said that certain signs would make it clear His return is near. What are those signs? And are they evident today? As a Jewish-native Israeli who is a Christian, Amir Tsarfati has a distinct perspective that weaves biblical history, current events, and Bible prophecy together to shine light on the mysteries about the end times. From his vantage point at the epicenter of today’s religious conflict and through careful Bible study, Tsarfati points to Scripture passages that inform us the return of the Lord is imminent.

I always enjoy hearing the original author read their own works. The inflections and chuckles give it something extra. I am looking forward to reading it in book format along with going through the workbook. The information Amir presents is well laid out with scriptural references for support. it isn't long and drawn out, but has enough detail to give the reader more understanding on background and history.
