Love the series but recently the latest book wasn’t as interesting and I found it hard to finished. I feel like it’s dragging too long and should had been kept shorter.

I can’t stop thinking about this book. Beautifully written and narrated. It’s on my list of my favorite books I ever read. Highly recommend! Especially anyone dealing with depression, regrets or/and suicidal thoughts.

It was a good book but a simple Pinterest search for hygge will give you the tools needed to live a more hygge lifestyle.
Would you recommend The Little Book of Hygge to your friends? Why or why not?
Maybe the physical copy since this book does contain recipes.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Meik Wiking?
I would have enjoyed the book more if someone who doesn't have a thick accent would had narrated the story.
Could you see The Little Book of Hygge being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
I can see this book becoming a tv series on how to transform your home to be more hygge.

Truly Life Changing

What did you love best about Loving What Is?
Before listening to this book my negative thoughts consume my life. I was depressed, unmotivated, angry, and overall unhappy The bad things that happen to me kept replaying in my head along with all the things people had done to me that hurt me. Katie helped me realized the power my thoughts have over me and that I can change them by answering her four questions. It really is very simple. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Hearing people go over the four questions with Katie.

Katie the narrator did an excellent job.
