I was really looking forward to this selection.

Very disappointing. It quickly turned into psycho babble, overanalyzed to death.

We learned a lot about the "feelings" of many of the interviewees, which made it more about them then the story.

For example in the 3rd episode, the narrator and her guest, stated how evil Michael was compared to his father. Apparently because Michael killed people while Vito wanted peace as evidenced by Vito Coreleone stating at the mobster conference he swore off revenge.

In other words they missed the whole point as to when Michael came home, what his father was training him for. Apparently they thought the Don was teaching Michael how to grow the olive oil business.

The narrator and her guests bemoaned there was not more character development of the women in the movie, a movie about the Mafia.

This is akin to complaining that Fried Green Tomatoes and Dolores Claiborne did not fully develop the male characters.

The navel gazing of the participants never ended.

Very, very disappointing.

Good story, moved at a good pace. The only think I question
is the choice for narrator.
He has a terrific voice and delivery but one would think for the quintessential English writer the narration would be better served with an English accent narrator.

Well written and balanced in the sense that hyperbole was kept to a minimum.
Much of the material is the Biden Family’s own words and writings.

Should be read by along with Peter Schweizer’s book “Redhanded” by every American sick of the corruption and sleaziness of many of American’s elected leaders and bureaucrats.

President’s Eisenhower and Kennedy warned that this day may come.
It is up to us to fix the problem.

Hats off to Mr. Schweizer for bringing to light the relationship between America's elite and the Chinese Government. The author names names and does an impressive of job of pointing out facts.

It is important for the American people to know who is selling out to the Chinese Government, along with the why and how (what companies they own, which lobbying firms they control, etc.).

Turns out there are a lot more than the Biden Family involved in this scandal. And it is from both sides of the aisle. Both Democrats and Republicans are outed here.

This is a must read and should give pause to the American public.

Hopefully this book will serve as a wake-up call.

Ms. Ward and her Editor, whose name I did not catch, seemed determined to blame the entire solid affair on "male power".

The episodes, with her having discussions with the Audible Editor, were particularly lame.

The parts with lawyers Bois and Dershowitz pretty much showed why lawyers have such a low reputation.

The author did a terrific job. Real world practical advice that is sorely needed in a world full of silly economists spouting inane theories along with a media that is sorely lacking.
Well worth reading.

The material presented has been included in other books by Dr Sowell. That being said he has an uncanny knack for adding a different dimension and way of analyzing the information which makes you think about the cause and effect of the actions of “the anointed”.
