Some people tend to forget to care about themselves and they don't even realize it. Self-compassion is the key. I've discovered some very helpful tips and knowledge from this book and the three pillars of self-compassion was what struck me the most. Learning what you need to work on is where you should start. A highly-recommended read.

Some people would say, "I don't need to read a book about breathing. Breathing is so easy, I can even do it while sleeping!" But there's a lot to learn about breathing - how different breathing techniques can benefit you. It calms you down when you're angry, it helps you focus, it helps you become mindful, in short - it exercises your mind and your body to make you stronger. Reading this book made me realize a lot about breathing. Made me look back when I was doing martial arts when we do breathing exercises and practiced proper breathing when executing movements. Made me realize how yoga can strengthen a person. I highly recommend you read this book to learn a lot more about breathing, and to discover how to be free of stress, anxiety, and toxic realationships. Yes, breathing is so easy that you can do it while sleeping, but hey! I found out that I have sleep apnea and on average, I stop breathing 72 times every hour while sleeping!

This is a very easy to follow step-by-step guide on permaculture. I've gained so much knowledge and understanding. Now I know what to do with my backyard. The information I acquired from this book made me realize what the best thing to do with my backyard, and that I can't just plant anything I want. This guide really opened my eyes on a lot of things. Really an excellent guide for amateurs. Thank you for writing this book!

Rose Lyons have provided me with a better understanding of how difficult this can be and also provided me with very good tips, advices and strategies, more especially with controlling my patience. I highly recommend this book to people, not only parents, who knows children with ADHD.

Everyday stress is no joke. Stress can easily make you angry at the littlest of things. Listening to this audiobook provided me with very much needed time out from stress. I've listened to it a couple of days and it's better than eating ice cream for me to relieve my stress. It calms me down and helps me look at things with a different perspective.

Everytime I go on a trip, near or far, it's not just the scenery I want to see but I want to try the food. Iceland is one of the places I would like to explore. This Iceland travel guide has provided the best places to check out! The descriptions of the places, the tips on how to enjoy the trip - alone or with your whole family are awesome! It even tells you what you need to pack. Very informative! I really think that this audiobook should be included in Iceland's tourism promotion. Very good job!

For people like me who has a lot of bad habits, this is a highly recommeded listen! I've struggled quitting smoking back then, always back-sliding. I remember growing up being able to get fruits and vegetables in our backyard and from the fruit trees around our yard, grabbing a chicken and later on seeing it at our dinner table later. But that was years ago and at a faraway place. This book provides a lot of well-researched information and guide for successful homesteading and to be able to live a simple life. It also provides a lot of helpful tips and it gives you a thorough list of what you will need. This is a very informative and excellent guide that I would highly recommend. Very thorough.

I struggle with forcing myself to exercise and reading this book has motivated me to start working out again! And it's what I really need becauseI always feel tired after a long day's work but after exercising - either before or after work, I find myself still energetic and still focused that I can still give quality time to my family. Aside from getting back in shape, that will be my "why". The author provided a lot of very good exercise tips. The key is being consistent so I just have to do that and apply what I've learned from this book. A must listen-to!
