David's story is extremely harrowing as he explains the hell he endured as a kid and how he pulled himself off his ass to become one of the baddest mf'ers alive. This book will teach you how to confront your demons and conquer them, then use them as ammunition to fuel those intense workouts.

This will become one of my yearly re-reads. Stephen Fry's trilogy (Mythos, Heroes, and Troy) is outstanding and a great exploration of these exciting stories. The audiobook version is amazing - 5 stars!
