Story
The Girl of Sugar Beach is the most watched documentary in television history - a riveting, true-life mystery that unfolds over 12 weeks and centers on a fascinating question: Did Grace Sebold murder her boyfriend, Julian, while on a Spring Break vacation, or is she a victim of circumstance and poor police work? Grace has spent the last 10 years in a St. Lucian prison, and reaches out to filmmaker Sidney Ryan in a last, desperate attempt to prove her innocence. As Sidney begins researching, she uncovers issues that were all overlooked during the original investigation.

From the beginning the book jumps right into a murder, and then just keeps going up from there. Does jump between timeframes allot past and present so have to keep up. The story kept me very engaged, found myself looking for any opportunity to continue to listen to it. Highly recommend.

Just randomly came across this book/author but really enjoyed it. Took me a hot minute to realize it jumps back and forth between tow timelines but once I figured that no problems. I highly recommend it kept me thoroughly engaged so much so I made time in the day to be able to listen to it not just at bedtime.

On a beautiful May morning at New York's John F. Kennedy airport, two planes have just departed for San Francisco - one a 757, another a smaller Airbus A321. At a security checkpoint, TSA agent Bernice Adams finds a postcard of the Golden Gate Bridge bearing an ambiguous - perhaps ominous - message. Her supervisor dismisses her concerns, but Bernice calls security, and soon Ben Waterman arrives. A senior Homeland Security agent, Ben too becomes suspicious. Who left the postcard behind, which flight is that person on, and what exactly does the message mean?

I listen for entertainment but this story was most meaningful in reminding us all of our duty to each other as human beings to embrace each other as we face the challenge of life. With out even knowing it even a small gustier can make you an accidental hero in some ones life. A really wonderful listen.

Already waiting for the next book. Finally easy listening without killing or sex. So many things hit home in these books. LOL. April, 62yrs ago my husband and I couldn’t wait to get married while still in school. So he ended up back in the dorm and me back with my parents till graduation in June. My heart went out to the newly wedded couple. Been there, done that.
