Story

Story

Loved it. This book gets to the very issue of cop brutality and needles dying of young black kid's and the struggle of white people to understand white privilege.

I absolutely love this meditation for sleeping. I fall asleep faster and sleep better. The loud this is audible is now at the first thing instead of the end like so many others were complaining about. I highly recommend it for everyone. LOVE IT!!!!

Very helpful for building confidence in ones self

I absolutely love it. I have terrible insomnia. It helped me to get to sleep. Plus I am graduate engineering student after being a stay at home mom for 14 years. I also had a traumatic brain injury 6 years ago that permanently damaged my working memory. I find myself repeating certain phrases while I work on projects. I find myself more motivated than ever to finish grad school.
