    Aaptiv’s Sleep Better program includes seven classes led by meditation and mindfulness expert Jade Alexis. On day one of the program you’ll begin with ten minutes of relaxation and focus on your breath. As the week progresses you’ll graduate to a 30-minute session and incorporate techniques that train your body to release tension and prepare for deep sleep including breathwork, body scans, and yoga nidra - a type of meditative state achieved before sleep.

    This program is designed to be taken as many times through as you wish and can be referred back to as often as you need.

Covid-19 sleep cure

Use to get a good sleep And find when I wake with any anxiety this gets me back to sleep. I find the directions are easy to remember and sometimes just practice on my own.

Really Helps

I usually never make it to the end as I am usually asleep. I wake up with my headphones in the next morning 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great advice.....well, what I heard. Fell asleep in the middle, or end. Not sure which. Will listen again. Nice, soothing voice too.

I absolutely love it!!

I tried on the first audio before taking the nap and sleep at night. It worked for me perfectly and made me sleep like a baby! It’s worth mentioning that I had no problem to fall asleep but I usually had a lot of dreams during every sleep and I thought the audio might help me to sleep deeper. And it worked!! I had a two-hour good nap during the noon and a eight-hour deep sleep yesterday. And I couldn’t help smiling in the morning because I had one of the most wonderful sleeps and I didn’t feel tired or sleepy anymore. Thank you for sharing these audios!!
