Very Helpful
I love this. I listen to it repeatedly, a few times a month. Anyone who benefits from reading affirmations and mantras will find this helpful. Short, positive self-talk statements. It’s soothing, while working on your brain. I need to see if there is one for general anxiety. Would recommend for anyone who is “a work in progress”, or needs reminders that you are stronger than you think. Would recommend.

A Needed Mind Hack
It's a needed mind hack, I think, for many people, including myself. I know a lot of people who have had their self esteem either never properly developed or broken down for one reason or another. Well that's no way to go through life, with no confidence to do anything great or what you really want to do. This audiobook is a great start on a long journey.
