This book is great.
Some of this I have learned before but they were great reminders and I also liked the practical examples and scenarios, such as remembering to use “I”‘statements and choosing optimal times for conversations. I recommend this to anyone looking to improve conversations with their male partner.

Co-parenting and dealing with a narcissist are both challenging, even more so when you combine them. This book provides a lot of great guidance and tips. I especially enjoyed the chapter focusing on helping build your child’s resilience.

I found this book to be a an amazing resource. I really enjoyed learning more about the history and background of African American Herbalism. The recipes and preparation techniques are also great! I recommend this to anyone wanting to expand their herbalism knowledge and skills.

The author draws on not only her personal experiences but also other resources to form this guide for self-care. She also does a great job of weaving in cultural considerations for each of the topics. Some of the great resources you will find in the book are nutrition, movement, and emotional health.

This book is a wealth of knowledge and also gives some ideas I would have never thought of such as analyzing our technology usage and AI.

The book builds upon a lot of options that most of us have available to us already such as being present in nature, nutrition, and breathing techniques. I also appreciated the additional resources that people can pursue such as Neurofeedback and somatic yoga. I would recommend this to anyone not just for healing your nervous system but as a good resources for overall wellness pursuit.

These books are an amazing resource. I especially enjoyed the affirmations and meditations. I also learned what dark feminine energy is, and how to embrace it. They also provide some tools and guidance for working on accepting who you are. Highly recommend!
