Great entry and a great narrator, though I miss the historical footnotes from the author at the end.

Classic Sharpe, and great start to the series.

an excellent introduction the the Sharpe series newly voiced by a new narrator. Farley does an excellent job with one note, the Authors historical footnote seems to be missing from the end explaining some of the real events Sharpe's character is inserted into.

Good as always!
Reviewed: 06-07-20
While a little harder to follow then previous books, Elliot Kay manages to tie up the world building nicely in the end with a compelling story in which the characters feel in constant danger no matter how badass they might seem.
And Tess Irondale continues to be one of the best voice actresses on the market ranking up with the likes of Allyson Johnson and Andrea Parsneu.
