Story
He's a billionaire heir. A grump supreme. Hater of people. Bigger hater of peopling with people. And my new fake boyfriend. "Emotionally unavailable" doesn’t even begin to describe Hayes Rutherford. He has more defenses than a nuclear missile silo. And he’s the ultimate catch of the century. At least, according to his bank statement. My job’s simple: Keep all interested ladies away from the walled-off heir, by pretending to be his one true love. But you know what they say about fake-dating a billionaire: It’s all fun and games, until the scandals start.

Ben Dalton has always been honest, except where his heart is concerned. He’s been in love with his best friend - saucy, smart-mouthed Aurelia Stark - forever. But Ben’s a planner, and timing has never been on his side. When he finally decides to make his move, Aurelia beats him to the punch with a move of her own - to a different town.

I love this audiobook. Ben and Aurelia were very relatable characters, and I loved their personalities. The only thing that bothered me about the book was the narrator. She was really good however, she pronounced TH‘s as Z’s. That was my only complaint. It was very sweet and funny. Wish more books were more like this where the couple gets together early in the story instead of at the end. It was nice to listen to them communicating with words instead of so much internal monologue. Great job Melissa.

I loved the story, but for once, with Marie’s books, was a little disappointed. The story didn’t seem new just retold from a different point of view. I realize this book was a precursor to a new series, but I was hoping for more progression into the new series. I felt like I had already read this book. Nevertheless, I’m looking forward to the next book. I love all of Marie’s book and her writing style. I preorder as soon as they are available to do so.

Story
I’m falling for the father of the baby I’m carrying. The problem is: it’s not my baby. And the broody widower is not looking for a long-term partner. As a surrogate, the deal was that I’d only be in England long enough to give birth. At first, the man seemed as pretentious as his name: Sigmund Benedictus. He and I butted heads. Sig challenged my intentions, accused me of just wanting to do this for the money. Gradually, he learned to trust me.

Story
The one unbreakable rule in the Man Code is this: no matter how beautiful, smart, and clever she is, do not fall in love with your best friend's woman. Yeah, so I screwed up big time when I fell for her. I might have let my sin of unrequited love slide, given everything that went down in the last few years, but Lulu just walked back into my life as vibrant as ever. And the cards are stacked against me once again. We're working together, and the last thing I want to do is mess up her life with a forbidden office romance now that she's finally got the fresh start she deserves.

Birthday Suit was one of the most enjoyable listens so far. Cast were all outstanding and I loved the storyline. Very mature characters. There wasn’t too much hesitation between the main characters, they were straightforward which was very refreshing. Good book and very good narrators. Would highly recommend.

This Psych 312 assignment just might send me off the deep end. Determining whether love at first sight really exists with Robbie Moravian as my project partner of all people? He’s the sappiest man alive, so upbeat I could scream, and clearly rooting for happy endings at every turn. How does he not learn from experience considering our own meet-cute last semester almost got us expelled? But we both need to pass this course to graduate. So we’re interviewing five random couples about their meet-cutes and relationships and spending all this time together. Which is certainly...educational.

I’m always hesitant to read the haunted variety books because they never hit the mark. This book totally drew me in and kept my undivided attention. All the characters are very likable. Big cliffhanger at the end and am now wondering when the next book will be out. Hope Ms. Robert’s doesn’t keep us in suspense for too long. Can’t wait for the next book.
