Great story!

Love this story! Keeps you on your toes and definitely does not let you down. The male narrator is not as good as the female but both are good. Definitely worth every minute!

Story
Nesta Archeron has always been prickly-proud, swift to anger, and slow to forgive. And ever since being forced into the Cauldron and becoming High Fae against her will, she's struggled to find a place for herself within the strange, deadly world she inhabits. Against the sweeping backdrop of a world seared by war and plagued with uncertainty, Nesta and Cassian battle monsters from within and without as they search for acceptance - and healing - in each other's arms.

I absolutely loved this story. Great writing. Nesta is my absolute favorite of the sisters and I was so excited to see her and Cassian’s relationship unfold.
The narrator was a miss for me. Half the time she sounded bored or almost asleep. The other half she has a weird fascination with putting emphasis on the word s3x it reminded me of a high school group giggling over the anatomy books when they show male parts.
Over all great book, bad narrator. If you have the capability to read on your own I would. She definitely was not the best choice for this.

Story
In the mystical realm of Bríandalör, every day the brave and the bold delve into hidden temples or forgotten dungeons, battling vile monsters and evil wizards to loot their treasure hoards for sweet, sweet magic items. But in their free time, our heroes - Thromdurr the mighty barbarian, Devis the shifty thief, Vela the noble paladin, Sorrowshade the Gloom Elf assassin, and Albiorix the (good!) wizard - need to relax and unwind. That’s why they meet up once a week to play a role-playing game where they assume the characters of average American eighth graders.
