The narrators are amazing and brought the characters alive. I thought it started strong. Maybe two competitive hockey players are willing to share their love without being attracted to each other but doesn’t seem likely.

I’ve been in a book slump, and haven’t finished the last couple of books that I started. This book made me laugh so many times. I really liked the FMC she had a backbone and spunk. The narrators did a great job.

I really enjoyed Shane and Ilya’s story. Until the end, Shane was a bit caught up in being a hockey star; while Ilya was the best boyfriend, giving up so much for Shane. I feel in love with Ilya’s sense of humor and his ability to be true to what was right and the one he loved. I would love to be friends with a real version of Ilya. Enjoyed every minute of this book.

I read this book several months and loved it. When I saw there was an Audible version I purchased it. It’s a long book to listen to but I was on a 12 hour road trip and while listening to it the hours flew by. I fell in love with them all over again.

I rarely give 5 stars reviews but the narrators were amazing. Even if you’ve read this story I recommend listening to it.

Normally I love all of Kate’s books. An editor could have easily cut out a third of this book. Was listening to the book and realized that I still had 5 hours to listen so I skipped ahead to the last two chapters. It was still 2 hours left to listen to 2 chapters. Maybe someone choose this accent for the female narrator but instead of sounding like she was 26 she sound like a woman in her 50s who smoked a pack of cigarettes a day. There was little to no chemistry between the narrators. I listen to books to get lost in the story. It didn’t happen for this one.

The narrators were amazing. The main male character was cringey and pathetic. I couldn’t finish listening to this one.

When Meg Anne and Kim are a magical duo. I love these characters and the narrators brings them to life. I’m still trying to determine which one is my book boyfriend for this series. Keeping with the theme maybe I’ll claim all three. Have fun listening to this one.

I enjoyed the story. Jacob Morgan was amazing. The female narrator sounds like a chipmunk. Maybe they sped up her voice during production.

I started listening yesterday and finished it today.

As much as I ADORE Remi, Gavin’s declaration was unexpected and so touching.

The way that Jacob Morgan says Baby Girl and Asher Henry makes my toes curl.

Not only are the authors amazing storytellers but the banter between her men made me literally laugh out loud. Needless to say all of the narrators are fabulous. Listening to this book is a joy to the ears as much as eating a brownie ice cream sundae is a “feast” to the tongue.

I can’t wait until Jan 2024 for the next book in the series.
