This story is nostalgia at its best. Bringing the best of the holiday spirit, a little ba-humbug, and a very touching love story at the heart of it all. I love the "Silver-Foxes" cast of characters and all the wisdom they bring to the storyline. And the tiger themed honeymoon room is a laugh out loud moment that brings such a vivid image to mind. lol. An absolute Gem of a story that one can listen to again and again whenever they need a little cheer.

This was a gobsmack of a book that honestly will have you sympathetic to the perpetrators by the end with the honest question of, "What would you not do to save your family?" "Do you ever really know someone?" And, "Why are the signs always there in hindsight, but go unnoticed when they actually happen?"
Twisty, Realistic, and fast paced this book you won't be able to stop listening till the very end. And even at the end it will leave you pondering, "What would you do if confronted by the same situation?"
You won't be disappointed. The narrator did an excellent job providing the right amount of emotion and cadence to the story.

A twisty ride all the way till the end

A deeply unsettling novel about the credence of outward appearances and the backstabbing world of academia. A twisty tale of what started as a prank to embarrass another teacher turns into murder and guilt for some less involved and the 6 degrees of separation we all have to one another. The inner connected storylines are thought provoking and keep you holding tight till the end. It comes full circle at the end and that is where the psychological drama shines. It was like an Outer Limits Storyline that had a defining lesson attached to the story but that lesson will be different to each reader based upon the moral compass in which they live by. Most enjoyable read.

Samantha Downing did an excellent job taking you on the most disfunctional family road trip with a psychopathic, murdering, self delusionary pack of siblings ever. The entire multi-generational family is padded room invested, if only caught. All contained with a believable dynamic and a tedious road trip from hell and back. It was a book I read straight through and I even appreciated the thought provoking end. It will make you look at your siblings in a whole new light. lol

Julie Johnson created a delightful book turned audiobook. With enough sass and a affable heroine and a rough hero. The story is light, funny and has enough chemistry to make you lust for more.

How you ruined my life was a cute - quick listen audiobook that was kinda adorable. It is a book that you could listen to while sitting in traffic and it would make you smile at the length the author goes to make this book wholesome, no curse words, high school angst without all the hyperbole. Age appropriate for anyone. And the narrator does an awesome job.

This is my first Ivy Asher read, and let me say it won't be my last. Excellent storytelling, great world building, in-depth character development and just the right amount of raunchy explicit sex to feed any adult palate. An Absolute Gem of a find. No waiting for part 2... it's ALL here in one volume. I sometimes hate the way publishers and authors stretch at series with worthless dribble but not Ivy Asher. 1 book. 1 excellent story. 1 great author who doesn't string you along. Great writing. Can't wait to devour more from this exceptional author.

Michael Livingston's 1st book in the Seaborn Trilogy has everything a good story has. Adventure, Heroics and Bravery. Well written, great world building and characters you have heart for. It's a twist on perceived divisions where in this world women are the strength in their society, the ones in control. They are sea bearing folk who live and die on the sea. Sarah Evans does an excellent job narrating this story which is a mixture of Sarah J. Maas and Morgan Rice but on the sea. Highly recommend.

This series puts a new spin on a dystopian earth and its struggles with the Fae and Otherworld monsters. Strong world building and a depth to the characters makes it a great listen and enjoyable series. I would highly recommend it if you are a fan of The Hunger Games and/ or Divergent Series.

The ending to the 2 book series of the Queen's Assassin was good. The narrator's do a fantastic job and the storyline did a good job summing up the loose ends. I enjoy Melissa de la Cruz's books for there easy listening, well paced storylines..but it's just that, easy and well paced. It's a two book series that is for YA with a HEA.
