I don't care if you are a conservative or a liberal Connelly, but when you use your national platform to spread your political views and at my expense then you should be ashamed. I don't know how many followers you lost but I do know that you lost a least one!!!! I am Trump Supporter!!!!

Not Great but Not Bad.

Pretty good story, just too much behind the scene story telling. I kind of predicted who did it and I was hoping it would have come out in a more compelling way but It was kind of blah the way the book ended.
I would listen to another book from this author.

Story
On an entirely normal, beautiful fall day in Chester's Mill, Maine, the town is inexplicably and suddenly sealed off from the rest of the world by an invisible force field. Planes crash into it and fall from the sky in flaming wreckage, a gardener's hand is severed as "the dome" comes down on it, people running errands in the neighboring town are divided from their families, and cars explode on impact. No one can fathom what this barrier is, where it came from, and when - or if - it will go away.

Story
The company chairman lay on the cold ground of the woods, his eyes unseeing, his orange hunting jacket punctured by a rifle bullet at close range. Around him stood the four executives with whom he had been hunting, each with his or her own complicated agenda, each with a reason not to be sorrowful about the man's death. If he read it in a book, Lucas Davenport thought, it would seem like one of those classic murder mysteries, the kind where the detective gathers everyone together at the end and solves the case with a little speech.
