Avery Caris and Teddy Hamilton together in dual narration? Sign me up!

I have been anxiously waiting for Wilders story and the fact that it’s a hidden identity, brothers ex girlfriend story, had me absolutely hooked.

Brooke does an absolutely beautiful job of covering some very dark topics, some that we may be super uncomfortable with, but ones that really do deserve our attention. We’ve gotten small glimpses of Wilder in previous books, so I was so glad to get a more in depth view of what brought him to where he is now and what makes him tick.

Delly is a perfect fit for him. They really were able to lean on one another TOGETHER to move forward and find their HEA.

While I’m sad the series is coming to an end, this was a perfectly done story for the both of them.

I knew I was going to love when Hendrix finally got his story, and the dedication alone had me SAT for this book! “For everyone waiting to see love knock Hendrix on his ass, here we go…” are you kidding me?! The perfect start to the book.

The attraction between Hendrix and Raven was instant. But after an absolutely steamy one night stand, the two of them go their separate ways, sure they won’t run into one another again. Man oh man, did life have other plans for these two! 15 months later and Raven is back in Newhope, face to face with Haven, and a BABY. Talk about life changing!

I adored Hendrix. He was a fun and easy going MMC, but when he meets his daughter, Hayden for the first time, he’s ALL IN. And Raven, what a truly endearing and relatable FMC. She was determined to go after her dreams, and such a perfect balance to Hendrix. Strong, yet vulnerable, dealing with issues and struggles many of us face.

The Way We Collide was such a fun read/listen, I absolutely devoured it! Aaron Shedlock and Stefanie Kay did a fantastic job narrating in duet, and I was lost in the book getting to read and listen together. Beyond excited to see what’s in store with book 5!

If you’re looking for a story that’ll have you diving head first into the emotion and have you all in your feels, Somewhere You Belong by Harlow James is the perfect book for you.

Willow experienced massive loss at a young age, and has built sky high walls around herself as a result. But when a random letter and a gifted house brings her to Carrington Cove, her life is about to change in ways she never could have planned for. The only thing is, the local bar owner and former Marine, Dallas has had his eye on that house for years, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it.

A story full of secrets, heat, and facing some of your biggest fears, Somewhere You Belong has everything you could want in a romance. It had bits of humor, plenty of spice, and will tug at your heartstrings throughout.

I’m not sure how to fully express how much I enjoyed this book by Harlow James. Two grumps. One stuck up multi-millionaire and an ex-Marine with a manners kink? Sign. Me. Up.

Add in Connor Crais and Mackenzie Cartwright to dual narrate, and Somewhere You Belong really did hit every corner of what I love about romance books. I’m ready to pack a bag and move to Carrington Cove tomorrow. Maybe without the geese though.

Love love love when single moms get the representation they deserve in romance books!

Harlow James brings us Astrid’s story, finally, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! I was so curious about her back story about how she ended up in her position, and what a story it was. It definitely shows that many people put on a front to show everyone that they’re happier than they really are. We all have secrets and sometimes it’s easier to hide the truth from others around us.

Astrid is a widow and her late husband’s best friend Penn has been a constant in her life for years. As Astrid gets closer to seeing her biggest dreams come to life, Penn is there to lend a helping hand with her new business and with the kids.

I really enjoyed this audiobook, performed in dual narration by Vanessa Edwin and Aiden Snow. There was a lot of struggle with public perception with both characters, and I really do wish they weren’t so hard on themselves. But easier said than done of course.

Their journey to some big self discovery and acceptance, as well as an HEA, was really enjoyable, and I cannot WAIT for book 3!

When Harlow James ended book 2 the way she did, I just knew she was setting us up to give us her best with Grady and Scottie’s story!

Grady and Scottie went to high school together and had big dreams for themselves after graduation. Even with plans to never lose touch, life happened and now almost 17 years have flown by before they manage to reconnect by absolute chance. After a STEAMY one night stand results in 2 pink lines on a pregnancy test, Scottie is back in Carrington Cove for good with her son Chase, and is determined to keep Grady at arms length even though they’re going to be raising a child together.

While Grady’s life hasn’t fully turned out the way he had originally hoped or expected, I ADORED the immediate shift in his thinking when he found out he was going to be a father. His struggle to have patience with Scottie AND Chase, to show them that he could and would stick around, was so relatable and just endearing in the best of ways. Plus his absolutely filthy mouth and obsession with Scottie didn’t hurt, either.

This book was such a fun read and listen. Performed in dual narration, I truly have zero complaints about Samantha Brentmoor and Sebastian York! Their unique ability to switch between characters so flawlessly, add depth and emotion to the story, AND keep me entertained and fanning my face throughout, is why they’re narrators I’ll never tire of listening to.

Harlow, your stories have only continued to improve, and I cannot wait to see what’s in store for us in book 4.

I’ve been waiting for Noelle’s story and she and Grant ended the story on a great note.

Harlow James covered all of my favorite tropes in her Ladies Who Brunch series, and Not As Planned gave us a single mom and pilot trope that was a fun and different spin on a love story. I really like the single mom trope, and enjoyed how Noelle went after the family she wanted regardless of whether or not she had a man in her life to help. Very enjoyable read! Connor Crais and CJ Bloom are two narrators I adore, and they did not disappoint.

Aleks, ohhhh our broody, keeps to himself, determined Aleks, I've been WAITING for your story to be told and to finally get a glimpse behind the curtain of what makes you, YOU. We've only seen small views of you, and we've just been so curious this whole time! Aleks hasn't had the easiest life growing up, so thinking he deserves an HEA isn't easy for him to accept. He's been secretly pining over his best friend Mia for years, and when his hockey career and image are in dire need of a makeover, his best friend Mia comes to the rescue with an idea to help them both out!

Mannn I just adored Aleks. He always played it so aloof when it came to dating and hiding his true feelings for Mia. But when this opportunity comes along, he absolutely cannot pass it up. Little does he know, Mia has the same feelings toward him but can't admit it either. Mutual pining, fake engagement, and forced proximity made for a FANTASTIC read and listen in Save Your Breath by Kandi Steiner!

This book was a perfect slow burn, and their journey to an HEA was so well done from start to finish. The narrators performed in duet narration and did a great job of bringing them both to life and portraying them beautifully. The spice was also perfect and just added to the story without overwhelming or taking away from it.

Really enjoyed this book and cannot wait for more great books from Kandi!

Audiobook Review - Laura Pavlov truly has secured her spot as my top feel good, go-to, always brings on the best feelings, romance author.

Rafe and Lulu were such a fun couple - I wouldn't say they were a true enemies to lovers, but more of a huge dislike to lovers. And it was really fun to read that because their first meeting was HILARIOUS. It absolutely had me laughing out loud from the start.

I really do like a fake dating trope, and I loved that he fell first and fell harder. And the banter between them was so fun and just easy.

Sean Masters and Vanessa Edwin both did a GREAT job narrating this book in duet, along with all of the other characters, of course. I LOVE the characters personalities and the family dynamic between everyone and cannot wait to continue the series!

I LOVE any excuse to re-visit Dragonfly Lake in the books by Amy Knupp, but add in dual narration by two of my favorites - Emma Wilder and Sebastian York - and I know I'm going to enjoy it even more!

I truly adore single dad romance, and living vicariously through a book to indulge in a mysterious and out of character one night stand will never fail to have me hooked from the get go. Rowan and Chance have both been through so much, my heart went out to both of them, so I knew they were going to be a part of a fun story in Single Chance from start to finish.

Amy's stories are always full of heart, emotion, and of course spice, so I know they'll never disappoint, and Single Chance was no exception!! Cannot wait to continue devouring Amy Knupp's books and to visit Dragonfly Lake again soon!

Performed in dual narration by Dane Anderson and Heather Firth, Fake the Game by Julia Jarrett was an enjoyable and easy listen from start to finish. This was a great pallet cleanser of a book, that did a great job of blending fake dating, forced proximity, and grumpy sunshine in an easy and enjoyable way.

Sadie put so many people before herself, and honestly, so did Maverick, that it was fun to watch them finally give in and come together in this book.

Cannot wait to see what else Julia has in store for us!
