Story
The all-volunteer force that has served our country well for more than 50 years is at a critical inflection point. Today, recruiters are struggling to bring enough Zoomers into the armed services. Mismatched fundamental ideals, divergent beliefs about the workplace, and other sociocultural influences have contributed to the United States military scrambling to get a grasp on how to appeal to Gen Z.

Terrible Audio
Reviewed: 03-11-24
Audio would fluctuate between audible and inaudible. The reader would get cut-off at times and words would be missed. Couldn’t make it past the first chapter.

Amazing Story

This comprehensive look at US history, to include pre-England colonization, creates a stunning narrative of how the struggle for equality has been fought for generations, and is still a battle being fought today. Regardless of political/religious beliefs, this book should be read by all to help move our country to a more accepting and inclusive society.

Can’t tell you how inspired I was while listening to this book. Amazing words, amazing storyline, amazing everything. If at any point in your life you have felt the need to assimilate and lose part of yourself to “fit in,” then this book is for you! And if not, you may learn how your actions speak to others without you even knowing it.
