This is going to be key is helping me understand the people in my life as well as myself…and why we all do the things we do in connection.

Story
This Psych 312 assignment just might send me off the deep end. Determining whether love at first sight really exists with Robbie Moravian as my project partner of all people? He’s the sappiest man alive, so upbeat I could scream, and clearly rooting for happy endings at every turn. How does he not learn from experience considering our own meet-cute last semester almost got us expelled? But we both need to pass this course to graduate. So we’re interviewing five random couples about their meet-cutes and relationships and spending all this time together. Which is certainly...educational.

Mad I spent a credit on this
Reviewed: 03-09-23
It’s only a little over an hour long, it’s basically a summery of the Cruel Prince from the sister’s side. This should not be a credit to purchase this when I could get a book that would last 24 plus hours for the same credit. The story was ok, but I wouldn’t have used a credit for it if I would have realized it was so short.

Story
Gracie Reed is doing just fine. Sure, she was fired by her overly “friendly” boss, and yes, she still hasn’t gotten her mother into the nursing home of their dreams, but she’s healthy, she’s (somewhat) happy, and she’s (mostly) holding it all together. But when a mysterious SUV pulls up beside her, revealing Chinese cinema's golden couple Wei Fangli and Sam Yao, Gracie’s world is turned on its head. The famous actress has a proposition: Due to their uncanny resemblance, Fangli wants Gracie to be her stand-in.

I seriously enjoyed listening to this book. Ms. Soo's performance was absolutely perfect. I found myself laughing out loud many times.
Ms Chu's character development and story telling is on point. The characters felt like real people that anyone could know and the story moved in a beautiful way. I LOVED the twist as well. Without giving any spoilers just know you need to listen to this book. It is exceptional. I was sad when it was over. I need more stories like this in my library.

It’s officially booty o’clock, I’m alone again in my kitchen choking down a slice of terrible chocolate cake…and I’m pretty sure I just got drunk texted by the man I have a ginormous crush on. I’ve been daydreaming about Eliot Hoffman’s dimples for two months, and even though I’m sure this was a mistake on his end, it doesn’t mean it’s not an opportunity on mine. It’s the middle of the night, and I just wanna talk to him. So I text him back.

Sweet Talk is swoon worthy
Reviewed: 07-15-21
This was such a great story. The character development was just enough that you felt like you knew each character and how they would react to each other.
I read one review that said something about that person liking "real" men and that this was about "toxic masculinity". I found Elliot very charming, sincere, caring and above all other things, a very strong and masculine character. Elliot isn't afraid to genuinely be himself.
Jesse is just as strong, loyal and real. She could be most every woman I know. Her back story is great and explains a lot of why she is the way she is.
All in all this was a great story. The performance by Lidia and Chris was also, amazing. I don't know how they record these but the chemistry between these two was like they were together in the room reading everything and playing off of each other like actors you see in a movie. Very enjoyable listen.

Great Story

This was a great story by Ms. Deveraux. she is one of my favorite authors because as Jane Austen once said about her characters, Jude does the same. All of her characters (heros) get what they want after a bit of trouble. Lol Jude's story telling & character development are what set her apart for me and this story is no different. Great story, great characters, great pace.
