Story
Joe doesn't care about politics, or what happened. The grid is down, and every day is a struggle to survive. He just knows his world went to Hell when the EMPs ended life as he knew it. Joe scrambled to hide from all of the craziness, but kept his sanity, and improved his lot in life by reading some witty survival notes that his dead grandma had left him. She'd been a prepper all her life, and she had been close to Joe. Joe grows and learns, but can he survive? Listen to this complete series to find out how a regular guy survives in a post-apocalyptic world.

I like these types of books. The what if…. We no longer have electric and how will be survive. This one seems realistic of how people will behave and the ups and downs that will surely happen.

Interesting twist of how China’s long planning could invade America. It only takes a few greedy politicians to turn America’s fate. I think every American should Read/listen to this series and learn to think and act for themselves rather than bury their heads in the sand and think I will let others take care
Of this. This book is interesting and held my attention to the end. I liked the characters and how they were developed and how they evolved. Good book.

Story
Jess Carter only wants to finish out her senior year of high school. She only came to the tiny town of Banks, Idaho, to make sure her dad doesn't do anything too crazy. Dangerous stalkers and a group of students known as the Pack are the opposite of what she plans on, but that doesn't change the fact that she has zero intentions of getting involved. Except, the stalkers are after her; the insanely hot guy is one of the high school coaches; and the Pack...well, let's just say the name suits them. With nowhere else to turn, Jess must rely on the Pack to protect her.

I enjoyed the idea behind the story. It was slow and at times boring. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this one. I struggled to finish it.

Story
Four strangers and six weeks: this is all that separates Mara from one life-changing payday. She was surprised when reality TV producers came knocking at Primal Instinct—the survival school where she teaches rich clients not to die during a night outdoors—and even more shocked to be cast in their new show, Civilization. Now she just has to live off the land with her fellow survivors for long enough to get the prize money.

I love the television show survivor so this story intrigued me. I didn’t like the ending. I thought the love affair was needless the relationship with the crew guy was odd. Parts were interesting and good. Just ok all in all!

Story
It was a typical evening at a mall outside Portland, Maine. Three teenage friends waited for the movie to start. A boy flirted with the girl selling sunglasses. Mothers and children shopped together, and the manager at the video game store tended to customers. Then the shooters arrived. The chaos and carnage lasted only eight minutes before the killers were taken down. But for those who lived through it, the effects would last forever.

Since inheriting Junebug Farms from her grandmother, Jessica Barstow's life revolves around it, and she has no time or energy for much else. Not hobbies. Not fun. Not love - certainly not love. And the new, young, and hip TV reporter who's been sent to host the upcoming fundraising telethon isn't going to change that - even though it seems like she wants to change everything else.

This book for me was interesting. It does a pretty good job of bringing self awareness of the main character (Sunshine) and how social media distorts ourselves to ourselves. How fudging a bit here and there starts to become true to ourselves when it truly isn’t ourself. I know that is a confusing statement but so is how social
Media has distorted us! How many followers do I have….did they like my post….
