This was a disappointing book after the first in the series was a very enjoyable read. I felt this story had so much potential but sadly did not live up to it. The characters had zero chemistry and "fell in love" so quickly it was ridiculous. I only finished the story because I paid for it, if it had been free, I would've moved on to another book.

Not enough time between mfc and mmc to really workout any angst and allow feelings to grow. It all felt very forced and just odd. They spend more time disliking each other more than anything and zero chemistry. As for the audio...great voice for British accent but when it came to American accent it ended up sounding very robotic/no emotion.

Wonderful story. One of the best I've read/listened to in a while. Love this author! Just enough depth along with the spicy romance. Only do your self a favor and do not purchase the audio version, just read the book instead. The narrator should not be narrating.

She confronts Maxwell Dean, the man who published the Bachelor’s Directory, and is horrified to find he is far more attractive than his actions have led her to expect. Thinking outside the box resulted in the best night of my life. Until I discover the man I spent it with is my new boss. Attending a secret party where clothes are optional wasn’t a life goal of mine. But when the exclusive invitation ends up in my mailbox by accident...well. Who wouldn't be curious? It's not like I'm going to do anything. The handsome stranger I meet has different plans. One glance across the crowded party and an hour later we're stretched out on silk. No names and no regrets. But I’d forgotten there’s always a price to pay for pleasure.

I loved this story and look forward to more by this author. This lovely story is about a newly married husband and wife getting to know each other and learning to put each other first. While not considered a "clean" romance it only has one bedroom scene and it's very mild and tastefully done.

This story is just okay...I didn't make it past chapter 13. The plot has great potential so I was disappointed. There was so much angst and dislike, disregard, between the two character's that when the first kiss and sexy scene came along it just seemed so awkward and out of place.
