Getting my mind right. Very useful!

Throughout the book there are thought-provoking questions and examples which are engaging and revealing, helping you recognize you are not alone in your struggle. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has made tremendous strides in developing very effective strategies for reducing symptoms associated with depression and anxiety and yet very few people know about these advancements and even fewer people have access to CBT experts. I would highly recommend this book to anyone experiencing depression or anxiety, or for someone who is interested in learning more about CBT and the theory and therapeutic course that underlie this treatment option.
