The Ketogenic Diet for Beginners guidebook and cookbook provides us with a variety of inspiring and delectable ketogenic low carb recipes.Definitely helped me understand the Keto diet and also the recipes are so easy and yummy.There is absolutely all information for beginners.

It has a clear presentation of essential info about keto as well as tips and reminders to be successful in losing weight. Best ketodiet book

The author includes suggestions on substituting ingredients if you're trying to avoid certain foods. Don't be overwhelmed with all the content in this book; if you're going to make a dietary lifestyle change, you want to have a well researched book like this one!

Amazing book

Practical tools for a more satisfying life.

great narration and very informative!

The author makes it very easy to understand the science behind the Highfat, moderate protein and low carbs. I have tried Keto the wrong way and still had some success but looking forward to these easy practical ways to lean out, become mentally focused, stronger and getting balanced diet.

The only book you ever need for keto.

If you're on keto diet and running out of ideas what to cook, this is definitely the book for you. So easy to understand and follow along. Takes you through the whole process of learning how to do the ketogenic diet in great detail.
